Reviews touch on areas of food, service and ambience. But a very needed category that is just as important to any business of hospitality should be 'consistency'. It's consistency that determines if customers are returning customers. Food, service and energy must be a constant day to day, week to week, month to month to not only attract new customers, but keep them returning. That's why I go to SIN.

Great atmosphere and great food. The service was impeccable and all the staff very welcoming. My friends and I tried different dishes from Seafood tower and Casio e Pepe pasta to bone in steak! Food was delicious and the highlight of the night was when the chef came to our table to finish up the pasta dish in a cheese wheel. Thanks again!

After all of the hype on social media, we had to try SIN. We weren't able to get reservations so we took a chance and were able to grab the last two spots at the bar. The bartender was friendly and attentive even though the bar was crowded. The drinks were good but the food was better. The Caesar salad and meatballs were delicious. That dressing is an A+. The gnocchi and calamari were meh. I wouldn't order either again. The calamari was fresh but the breading didn't hold up and the gnocchi wasn't as flavorful as expected. Overall it was a good experience. I'd come back but no time soon.

Was lucky enough to book an evening reservation during the opening weekend. Let's get to the food breakdown: - Ribeye Steak: A very good steak, on par (but a tinyyy notch below) the big steakhouses in Philly like Del Friscos, Steak 48, and Butcher and Singer. They keep to very simple, butter and salt only on the steak. Cook was perfect and nice crust. I do recommend the pepper cream sauce they have, goes well on the steak. - Pasta: Very good pasta with a delicious vodka sauce. - Brussel Sprouts: super crispy and flavorful, love the balsamic glaze on top. - Eggplant Stacker: The star of the night, one of the best vegetarian apps I've ever had. It's perfectly flash fried eggplant (not greesy) with fresh mozzarella, tomato and pesto in between. Absolutely delicious, pesto was amazing. Highly recommend this dish. Apple cannoli: Really good cannoli, right up there with my fav one in philly (Rim Cafe). It's crazy how they got the apple flavor infused in the filling. Unique and very tasty. A lot of great food and amazing service here. I do have a small set of gripes (kinda nitpicking): - There was a delivery fee on my final bill lol. Not sure what that was and it was about 1.5%. Didn't really care too much, could have been a mistake. - I did want to try the cool table-side cheese wheel cacio e pepe, but they had an interesting rule where every person at the table has to order it. Personally I find it odd that everyone has to eat it, what if only 2 people out of a party of 4 want it....what if someone is lactose intolerant, or doesn't like cheese. Just an odd observation, I just wanted a plate to try. Note: The throwback RnB the night we went was . The DJ was playing some Ne-yo, let me love you, TI, all the good stuff. Great vibe...perfect sound level so you can enjoy the music but also talk. Overall: Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion. I have high hopes for this place and expect it to be one of the top high end restaurants in Philly.
